Oct 2024 Recap

200 Attendees | 14 Designers | 7 Demos | 2 Special Guests

The day began with a couple arriving early to get their copy of Pandemic signed. More people came in shortly after to check out the games and demos available. However, it wasn't a massive wave that then left the venue empty. Instead, there was a steady stream of people throughout with occasional crowds forming. It was great to see attendees staying to chat with the designers and learn more about how the game was made. They also played their newly purchased games in the open play area.

Game Market West started because of how tough it can be to get your game out there for even a few people to notice. So we've been blown away by the response and can't thank you enough for your support. It's still surreal how everyone rallied around indie designers, which speaks volumes about this amazing community. Hopefully we've inspired others to realize their game ideas and bring them to life as many of the participating designers did (some for the first time ever).

We'll see you at the next one in March!
